"Great location in Roma Norte. However, the hotel was under renovation so there was a lot of construction, even at the entrance. They claimed it was only 9-5 but it definitely went on longer than that. There was also only one elevator so I had to wait longer than usual just to go up and down to the lobby.
It's also on a bustling street, so traffic can be noisy."
"Me gustó por estar cerca del aeropuerto y que cuentan con transporte . El personal es muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó es por qué se escucha mucho ruido no logré descansar . Me despertaba el ruido de las personas caminando por pasio y el elevador ."
"Great atmosphere! The rooms super clean and updated; the staff beyond amazing and cafeteria 24hrs all inclusive! besides the free fruit and water in every single floor , you get to enjoy free breakfast also!!!. Location is perfect , you literally are in the Centro Histórico!
I give this place 5 stars ⭐️ without a doubt! 👏👏👏"
"We chose this hotel for its excellent location—directly across from Palacio de Bellas Artes and within walking distance of major museums and landmarks. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and assisted us with arranging an airport shuttle (for a fee).
Currently, access to the hotel is challenging due to an ongoing protest encampment outside. Guests must walk through low-hanging tarps, tents, and dark areas with limited visibility, especially at night, as streetlights were not functioning. The street closure also makes Uber or taxi pickups inconvenient, requiring guests to walk to meet their ride, which can be difficult with luggage. None of this is the hotel’s fault, but it is important to consider before booking.
One small issue: a bathroom mat was provided only on the first night and never replaced, despite the cold bathroom floor.
I would recommend this hotel but once the protests are over with."
"All was good except the shower did not have a door and water would get on the restroom floor. Everything else was excellent specially the restaurant food and the location."
