"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

"Truly wonderful. Room was spotless, comfortable, spacious and bathroom was exceptional.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was seasonal, tasty and well presented. Good wine list.

"Excellent location, staff delightful - no problem to keep our bags and even invited us to picnic on the terrace after checkout. Handy for station and walkable to everywhere even for oldies. Lovely breakfast, sweet terrace, nice reading room. Bedroom a touch cramped and very dark, but therefore cool. Bathroom fully functional, modern and clean. If you like traditional and 'faded glory' vibe, you'll love this."
