"This is the first time I have ever left such a low rating. We had arranged an airport transfer with the hotel, but we were dropped off at a different hotel instead. I contacted the email address we had been communicating with to report the issue, but even after several days, I received no response at all. This level of service is unbelievable for a five-star hotel."

"Resorts world was absolutely amazing on sentosa island. prime location close to universal studios and the other theme events. very close to other great attractions on the island and all within walking distance such as cable cars, sensory escape, wings of time, affordable restaurants on the beach at siloso so convenient having the drinks refill stations on each level with an accompanying ice maker"

We loved it we hated the whole Universal theme park scene but just hung out in the Barracks most days and relaxed food in and close to the hotel is great and service is fantastic you can go to Vivo city food court for a huge choice of local cuisines or just relax at the hotel Ray "

"Room was large and comfortable with great amenities. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Location on Sentosa was perfect, with bus and cable car locations very near to the hotel. Views from all over the hotel were stunning. Great pool area. Lots to do right at the hotel, but the island is home to many entertaining options."
