"I really love this hotel. It is part of the Contact chain of hotels. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The public tram is only a few minutes from the hotel. Parking is easy and free. There is no laundry facility in this room, though Expedia lists it as one of the amenities. There is a laundromat in the shopping mall close by. Overall, La Provencale is great value for the money. "

"Plenty of secure parking at the hotel. It was in a good location to get the tram into the city centre and also to go walking around the lovely lake. I think the only negative was not being able to get a couple of milk portions for my tea as I took my travel kettle with me. I would definitely stay again and also recommend the hotel.
