Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel.
The hotel was super clean, all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a bus station near by to take you into the city. Breakfast every morning with a personal chef to cook whatever you desire. The food was delicious and accommodating.
The location of the hotel was great. 5 mins walk from station and right in the middle of the downtown area its excellent views of the downtown life from the balcony. The staff were friendly and good breakfast as well

This was a beautiful hotel and conveniently located across the street from the train station. Noise was not a problem. Brig is fairly small so its location was great. The room was bigger than standard (we had a double) with a small balcony and great views. The room and hotel were clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Had a fantastic time at this very unique hotel located above the city of Zermatt on the Mountain Gornergrat. We requested a room with a view of the Matterhorn and we were extremely pleased with our room and view. The price of the hotel included dinner and breakfast (at least in our case). Not sure if this is the norm, but a nice surprise. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. I had a great stay at the Heimatalodge: room was clean and tidy. The hostess, Mariana, was very sweet and always made sure that we were well taken care of, at check-in as well as at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Our first time to Switzerland and Zermatt. After 3 plus hour train ride from Zurich was pleasant surprise to find the hotel was little steps from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and we arrived in time for the afternoon snacks and beverages. Our suite was spacious. Full kitchen. Living room (only issue is we were not able to figure out how to turn on the fireplace! Wish the hotel had given directions on how to use). Also had laundry included, which was helpful...
