Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. "

"Location is great, quiet safe and only 2 blocks to van Andel arena. Grady at front desk is awesome helped us not tech savvy older people with parking meter lol. Second time here loved the stay very European feel. Little bird fir breakfast and ucello for late night meal and drinks. "

"This is the second time in three weeks that I have stayed here. Once again I was greeted with a smile. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! I never have time for the pool or gym but both looked inviting. I did have the breakfast this time and it was so good! I missed the breakfast the last stay as check out is at noon and I slept in past the breakfast time. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Grand Rapids!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 "
