"I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient. We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in. The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this. Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city.
