"Hotel is a portion of a larger building. The advance communication from the proprietors was pretty good as far as accessing the unit. Yet, when we arrived late on a Saturday night, we couldn't get the main door from the street to open. Luckily, the proprietors, Fabiana and Ugo, were onsite to help someone else and assisted us to get into the building and the room. The room was comfortable and quiet. Good AC. The window faced into an inner courtyard and we could hear the church bells...

"A little different experience while visiting Bari; since no lobby nor a person to greet you upon arrival.. a little tricky when you first arrive. You need to make a phone call in order for them to open the door for the first time… we called a couple times but no one answered; we were lucky someone was going in the same building so we were able to hold the door open and sneak in… once inside we had the codes to reach the floor and our rooms.. afterwards when coming in the building we just had to...

"It is a” smart property”, my only complaint really is there wasn’t a real coffee cup, or a real knife and fork or a serviette or a towel to wipe the table off. The Wi-Fi was spotty, but that didn’t really affect me."

"We arrived after 6:00 PM on a Saturday, so parking down the street was convenient and free. It was just a short walk from there, but the hotel itself was a little difficult to find because the sign on the building is tiny. The room was beautiful--clean and super comfortable. There isn't much directly by the hotel, but a couple of blocks away is a very nice area with shops and several restaurant choices. "

The owner also directed us to a 24-hour garage for our rental car a short walk away. B&B Chimera was a terrific base for our exploration of Puglia. And Bari itself offered plenty of stimulation."

"Room was great, comfortable and clean. It seems like they just renovated the whole building so it was excellent. Location is also very good, easy to walk from the train to the location. Also there is dinning all around and about a 12 minute walk along the waterfront to the center of town with alot of dinning and shopping. Overall a great place to say and would highly recommend it."
