"Ideal location for a visit to Juhu Beach area. Staff were fantastic, so friendly. Hotel inside was spotless. Breakfast had a good variety of food both hot and cold. Nice pool to relax away from the madness of Juhu. Nice big room with a view of the beach. Allan and Dwayne never let our glasses run dry by the pool. Airport transfer service was 1st class. All in all, probably the best hotel in the area."

"very well managed hotel located within short walking distance from khar railroad station. spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. everything always spotless clean rooms (thanks to mr. amit kumar on my floor). good breakfast buffet. generally friendly and helpful staff. variety of basic neighborhood shops and restaurants all in immediate walking distance. will definitely return. "

"It’s more of a local hôtel , international guests might be disappointed but i liked the local atmosphere and the staff was quite nice . The best is the restaurant with a view on the beach , the food there is delicious . And the location is prime , one minute away from the Juhu beach and its animation. Juhu beach is relax vibes, kind of local but i enjoyed it . If you are not too demanding and want the decent local experience, go for it . Also Juhu beach is quite away from Center of mumbai but...

"No clear check out time, customers were checking out as they pleased (i.g. 11 am, 11.30am, 11.45am, 12am) and whoever had booked the rooms, they would give them the room after someone checked out so it took them from 5 mins - 50 mins to prepare the room. saw them give a walk-in customer a room before me even though I had arrived earlier at the room. "

"Hotel location is the main attraction other then that as for as the rooms are concerned 😔 The rooms were not clean amenities in room were not adequate, they had hot water catle and tea sugar etc. but no tea cups . Toilet were not clean you could see the dirt on wall tiles and around the sink. Curtains were not properly closing hence even if you wanted to sleep an extra hour after a long day the day light didn't let you enjoy your sleep. Over all I would not recommend this hotel to any one "
