I was supposed to stay only one night but I was so taken by the hotels beauty and grandeur that I ended up staying almost a week The staff is wonderful It’s a jewel !

There is something wonderful about getting back to your room after walking your feet off and looking out the window at . . . Lake Geneva, and sailboats, and just loveliness. The hotel was very clean and nice, close to the train station so you can zip into the city in a minute, close to groceries for water and snacks, close to lovely restaurants.

Lovely property in France, convenient to Geneva Airport with restaurant that is open late.

Stayed here since we had an extremely early flight out. We were able to walk to the hotel from the airport and vice versa. The snack bar was open late, which worked great since it meant we didn’t have to look for something that would be open for dinner. We had a pizza and pasta, which were surprisingly good. Stayed here for a few nights for business (UN agencies, short bus ride away): location is practical (right next to airport + train station - just jump on the #5 bus - same bus also takes you into the city). Mindful that this is mainly serving the conference centre and so is a working location, not for touristy purposes. This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.
