"Breakfast buffet is to die for. All the fruits imaginable. Breads. Cheese. Omelette station that will prepare eggs any which way. Fresh juices. Coffee. Well appointed rooms. Pillows and mattress are superb and plush. Great location. In Zona Rosa a block away from Zona T and all its bars, restaurants, stores and Centro Andino shopping center. Across the street from Osaka Nikkei and La Brasserie. Next to CASA. All amazing restaurants. Felt super safe coming in and out and walking around that area. Staff was very helpful, attentive and kind. Had a minor hiccup our last night with an electrical problem in our room which was resolved by moving us to another room. At checkout we were informed that breakfast was being covered by the hotel to make up for the inconvenience. Hopefully we can return in the future."
