Highly attentive staff and great food options. Verde Mar restaurant particularly good with sustainable options. "Our stay at Rok Plaza was absolutely lovely.The hotel itself is charming and perfectly located right by the sea.Kathy was wonderful…her warm welcome and hospitality made us feel right at home.She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and even helped us arrange a car rental,unfortunately there were none available at the time.remember to book a car in advance because they go quickly. Tenerife South is a beautiful destination, would recommend it.

"Another beautiful week @Parador Hotel. My room with mountain views, peaceful early morning walks @ sunrise around Teide before the coach loads arrived. Perfect blue skies, warm days enhanced my stay.
The evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty, staff generally very friendly. There is a swimming pool though my main reasons to stay there again are the amazing and peaceful walks and beautiful scenery allowing great photography. Parador hotels generally seem to be in idyllic locations. "

I understand the rooms are being refurbished, which is probably needed. Reception staff were great as they managed to get us into one of our favourite apartments within the complex. "Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day."

Staff was fantastic and accommodating, rooms weee spectacular and they upgraded us without me asking because I asked for a balloon in the room for my girlfriends birthday. Amazing hotel. Quiet and beautiful. Very relaxing place in a great spot next to the beach. Skip the Japanese restaurant (slow and expensive for what you get. Can’t even make a Martini. ;) The buffet is great. Very nice staff in the hotel. Would go back!

We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The view was spectacular and the balcony had enough privacy and room for both of us to sit and enjoy the air. The beds, while split, were extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner service is worth the money! The spread is absolutely fantastic and the chefs there to provide fresh food are spectacular.
