"The property was under renovation, with exposed brick pillars and green screen cutters strung across various sections in the hotel. We were stunned to have walked into this partial construction site and couldn't believe that we were being ushered into a room in the midst of all this. Only one part of the property resembled the pictures listed. It wasn't right for the management to offer rooms to stay while the property was undergoing all this renovation. We were one of two guests in this ghost...

They responded to our messages and answered our questions very promptly. The location is good and very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "This is one of the worst experience I had at any hotel. I booked two rooms for a night and they called me telling that they only have one room available. What is the point of booking online if that is not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They even disconnected the call without providing any resolution also they didn't answer why the mistake happened. Please avoid this hotel at all cost"

"The hotel was a little oasis of calm in a busy residential area. The garden was lovely and the small pool was welcome after a day touristing. A couple of shops up the road and ATM close by was handy. The receptionist was extremely helpful in making our visit to Jaipur go well."
