Went there and they didn’t see my booking, was further told they don’t even have an account on all platforms like hotel.com I tried all my best to reach help desk that night but was unreachable until the next morning. And I told them the whole situation and was told an agent will reach me but till now no one has called nor emailed me back. Guys till date I have not collected my money back "

"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...
