"I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience."
"Restaurant food was good. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant has a view of the bay. Room was fine. No complaints. It’s a nice place to stay. I was there for a week. Dive shop was limited but functional."
"The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way."
"Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. "
"Nice resort and room (suite is large and good views with balcony etc). Staff are friendly and happy to help.
Access to resort, there is a lot of stairs therefore not great for everyone (especially older or disabled persons).
Disappointments are the breakfast is very basic, not so eco-friendly facilities in room. Basic tea / coffee (only has 3-in-1, no black coffee !!).
Tagged as a 4 star but it's more like a 3 star with a very high price point.
Spa massage was good and relaxing but the follow thru like hot tea/drinks that you typically receive in hotel spa was not there!!
Overall relaxed stay but was expensive for this type of property/facilities!"
"Beautiful place, wonderful staff, boat for hire to take you to islands, massage services. Owner is polite and helps with anything and staff is very nice and willing to help, love this place and the people."
