June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. Parking either in deck $50 or across the street in a lot for $35 a night. WEGO bus stops out front and takes you around town. The Niagara parks pass has the bus and the incline train included. Incline train is also “close” to the hotel and easiest way to get down to the falls. Got a double queen falls view and room was huge and had a view of both falls and were able to see the fireworks over the American side from the room as well.
