The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing one night stay at The Ritz Carlton, they pulled out all the stops for us, a heart shaped mousse cake to celebrate our honeymoon, rose petals in the room, they opened up a separate room at breakfast so we could have a window view and they even etched our room cards with special messages as a keepsake. Amazing service and very friendly."
"Excellent location. Amazing breakfast buffet but what made the stay memorable was the amazing staff - from receptionist, to the bell hop and the restaurant staff!! They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and needs. Special shoutout to Cora at the front desk. "
"The location is very convenient - Near to shopping street within 3-5 mins walk (using an underpass). There is a train station nearby. Hotel room is clean and staff are polite. "
