The rooms are very well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The cafe is a plus with access to it 24 hours. Breakfast is also very good. "Hotel Catedral was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was great and was in a great location. Our kids liked the breakfast buffet, especially the pastries :) The balcony bar was really nice with a great view of the catedral and the historic area. We had the unfortunate timing of our visit being during a few days of protests during our stay which closed off roads around the area as well as the main Zocalo itself being closed off for world cup preparations but nothing that...

"The hotel is well located. Two blocks from Paseo de la Reforma Avenue. A lot of restaurants, drugs stores and convenience stores nearby. The pillows are not so good but in general is a good place for a short visit to Mexico City."

"We spent 6 comfortable nights at Bellas Artes. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Centro/historico, for walking and for atmosphere. Breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt was delicious. The staff were all friendly but special mention must be made of Miguel, the concierge, for going above and beyond to help with a couple of issues we had, always with a smile! "

"Perfect for an extended stay, the staff was amazing & friendly. We spoke & interacted with Erika a lot, she was so sweet, greeted us every time. There's food & shops at e4v every corner. A Walmart a couple blocks away that is open 24 hours. Coffee shops super close. A 7 eleven a couple doors down. The view was also great from the 15th floor with great lighting into the room. "Included breakfast was minimal but there were additional options that were very reasonably priced. The bed is rock-hard — literally the same as laying on the floor. The water was hot and had good pressure. The location was a short walk from Zocalo plaza. The walls were pretty thin and we often heard the neighbors."
