"We regarded this hotel as having a very high standard for a budget hotel. We had been staying in 4 or 5 star hotels, but really there was nothing we wanted. Our room was spacious and clean. The central piazza in the town is will worth a visit. We only stayed one night but we wanted to visit Fabriano because this was where the New Zealand Division in 1944 replenised it's numbers with soldiers from the Pacific - including my wife's father."

"La Casa Grimaldi vaut vraiment le détour : une bien belle demeure dans un cadre splendide Accés facile , un paysage magnifique , une belle piscine en hauteur , bien entretenue avec de nombreux transats Des chambres spacieuses d'une propreté irréprochable avec salles de bains entièrement rénovées , climatisation efficace , un excellent petit déjeuner pris à l'extérieur et restaurant sur place ! Une bien belle adresse à recommander , pas trés loin d'Ancône . Nous reviendrons !"

"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "
