"Great location on the Main Square. We had a room overlooking the square so great for people watching.
Property is quirky and staff friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel for those after a city break with everything on the doorstep. "
"Large and comfortable rooms. Short walk across the road to the ICE krakow congress centre- Very convenient if attending conferences there. 30min pleasant walk to the old town, about 16min by tram, tram station is just a short walk outside. Decent on site restaurant as well. "
"Upon check in for our anniversary our friends room was upgraded but ours was not, this was a little annoying but we weren't too bothered as we knew we would be busy. We didn't have breakfast booked, but it looked ok. The bar area is beautuful and has comfy seats, the rooms are really pretty and decorated to a fantastic standard. The shower is wonderful and always had hot water. A small gripe, no shower gel. The beds are incredible! The comfiest beds ever! Did not want to leave. Free hot coffee tea and hot chocolate 24h from the machines downstairs was a life saver! Overall I'd definitely recommend the hotel."
"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpfull.
The breakfast catered for everyone from a continental to a cooked offering. But a cooked breakfast was not a full English. Only down side was breakfast was served in the basement so if you were disabled you would not be able to get down there as there are no lifts."

10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of freshly prepared options each day. However, I noticed the food tended to feel fresher before 9am, likely as it hadn’t been sitting out for as long. The three-tier serving concept was a great idea, but the middle tier consistently included pork charcuterie, which I do not eat, despite reminding staff each morning.
The staff were professional, and helpful throughout my stay."
