4 Star Hotels in Playa del Ingles

Stayed here for the second time and loved every minute of it. This time I picked the half board that included both breakfast and dinner buffets and would highly recommend this option. The buffet food changed every day and was better than most restaurants outside. Staff treated us amazing.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Location, Mas Palomas (south end of island), was not the Las Palmas area I'd thought I was getting. Mas Palmas is prime location for sun-loving Europeans from the north. As such, there are more tourists than natives and restaurants cater to them. Not so much Spanish food or flavor to be found! Hotel facilities are grand.

We loved the hotel, although the food was a bit disapointing.

Hotel was very nice with all the needed amenities. The adult pool was great. The hotel was close to the Yumbo center which had great night life.

La verdad me gustó muchísimo el ambiente del hotel. Pero que no me allá gustado es que no hay donde aparcar es una agonía espantansa, nunca hubo un espacio para poder e aparcar y siempre estube pendiente, dure 1 hora buscando en el momento que llegue de 2 a 3 y no me tocó de otra que aparcarmen en frente del hotel y me lleve una multa. Entraba alas 3 y la cafetería es hasta las 4, tuve q volver a salir en el coche a comprar algo para comer mientras llegaba la hora de la cena. Y que no te dejan...

The property itself was lovely. Great size. So nice to have a full kitchen. Bathroom was large and luxurious. We had an apartment overlooking the pool and rec area, yet was not ever too loud.

Excellent atmosphere service and facilities. Every room had a great view.

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. Wonderful stay for my husband and I as well as out 2 young children. Very memorable vacation! Resort has excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Staff at the spa were not so friendly but otherwise excellent experience!
