"Great hotel and only a short walking distance to the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were nice! I appreciate the small gift they gave my mom for her birthday (a small white wine). It was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel. And a bonus for them to have the option for transportation from airport to hotel and back. It made our transportation much easier. "

"On arrival staff were very welcoming and friendly. very responsive to your needs. Extra pillows and baby bath provided. The filtered water provided was a bonus! Entertainment and activites for all the family all day long. Literally right on the beach and the pool was amazing! We were half board and the food was amazing with a good range of variety everyday. All in all this was a great stay for families."

"Stayed here a few times. Reception are always very helpful. Waiters r v quick and efficient. The cooks are friendly. Go there for cycling so haven't used gym, pool etc. did use the spa, that was nice. "

"Un hôtel super pour les familles avec enfants. Les piscines intérieures et extérieures sont géniales, la mer à deux pas, eaux cristallines et peu profondes. Le buffet est excellent, diversifié. Les chambres sont parfaitement aménagées. Le personnel est adorable, le personnel de ménage, les serveurs, l’accueil, tous étaient adorables avec notre petit garçon. "Lovely place, we stayed there for 3 nights with our 3 year old daughter and the place was perfect, if you looking for a place to stay with children look no further. All amenities are so well maintained pool, playgrounds etc. Children pool with slides is perfect for a 3 year old and older children. All inclusive option is great, tasty food and lots of options in restaurant as well as snack bar and extras in the pool area. "We like to drive around and look new places at Mallorca this was one of the best places we have book the last years. Nice «apartment» with nice view of the swimming pool, safe parkingspace and a fantastic breakfast was included. We will definitely come back for some more days, later. The staff live there jobs and smile all the time"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area with water slides was excellent. The sea was very clean and shallow, perfect for children. There was a wide variety of food, but the quality could have been better. Housekeeping came at inconvenient times, towels were not always replaced, and bed linen was never changed. Overall, I don’t think the hotel fully meets 5-star standards."

"I would highly recommend this hotel the room was fantastic nice big TV and very clean, all the staff were happy and helpful. "JUST GO!!! Perfect location in Old Town, Alcudia. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, really fun and chatty! The pool area is small but gorgeous and quiet, the spa is lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast here but it looked good from our balcony! The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious - we stayed in a standard room and it was fab. Coffee machine and water in the room sooo appreciated. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"

"Really nice hotel. Very glad we found them last minute. They are at the heart of the old town and have lovely bars and restaurants at the back road. They also have a jacuzzi but we didn't try it. Parking is a challenge but you can leave the car at the other side of the stone gate without charge. Maybe 10mins walk "

"Its amazing how absolutly every staff has got a friendly welcoming face. Room was clean with a wonderful view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plently of options. Perfect place for children too. Beach is right behind the property. "

"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. Every member of staff were exceptional, always greeted us with a hello, very efficient and professional. Lovely breakfast - would definitely come back "
