Our stay was wonderful. We were even allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff were welcoming and kind. The hotel’s location is near everything you could need.

Everything great. Cool sunrise. 2 caveats. Tiny elevator that required 4 trips to get bikes & luggage to our room. Would like to have a property map to get around more efficiently

The hotel has an excellent location, great room, amazing art (used to be a gallery), but more importantly the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel welcome. The go out of their way to make you feel good. Will definitely return.

I stayed here last year with my cousins and we still talk about this place! I have never loved a hotel more. The breakfast every morning was great and I loved our room. The most beautiful views I have ever seen! Would come here every year!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Parking was limited, but the hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to delicious food and a beautiful beach!

Wonderful boutique hotel owned by the same family for 70 years. Very accommodating to our family if you call ahead to request an extra bed. Staff were very helpful and landscape is so charming!

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.

Amazing views in a quiet place with great staff !

We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.

Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).

The hotel has a nice design and it is located in a good area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's quite easy to get around Palm from its location and you have good restaurants around. Av. de Jaume III is about 5-10 minutes away where you can find a lot of shopping options. Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...
