The reception was warm and welcoming. The entire property was clean and felt safe. My room was spacious, clean and lots of light. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly.

Fantastic hotel with amazingly nice people. The design of the hotel is great, the restaurant is very nice along with the pool. I would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone that desires to sleep in style.

Awesome place!! 5 🌟

I like the way they handle their guest, friendly and aimple, Location just the next door so easy to access.

Small pool

Fitness equipments aren’t complete and a bit outdated. Restaurant for breakfast couldn’t keep up with the number of customers during peak times.

Nice new hotel, centrally located, room was comfy, but a bit small. Food at the restaurant was great!

Lagham staff truly cares for the comfort and well being of their guests. Warm hospitality they show is genuine and without expectation, comes from the friendly nature of all the employees from the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew. The Langham Jakarta is a well managed Hotel staffed by wonderful people. Highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a world class hotel in the heart of Jakarta.

Overall it was good. They do not provide bottled water in the room but they do provide the filtered water in glass bottles. The problem is that the guests cannot assure the cleanliness of that filtered water. I understand that the hotel is aiming the eco-friendly but good clean drinking water should be provided.

Spacious room, wonderful breakfast, nice 24hr cafe near lobby - very convenient for late night supper and family enjoyed spending time using the amenities (pool, gym, spa)! Will stay again if go to Jakarta =)

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. Thank you to Ardita for...
