This hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable with an excellent staff. I think its a great value for the price. The staff is excellent, always focused on trying to make the customer's stay the best possible. As a customer I felt like my business was appreciated.

First I'd like to say,I originally gave this hotel a very poor check in rating, that was my error. I thought I was reviewing my previous Hotel. the check-in was lovely friendly and seamless. The hotel was clean modern and excellent. The air conditioning was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach walking distance to markets it was a wonderful experience I highly recommend it. RLS

If you are here to participate in walking street cult that happens each night, this is the place to be. Place is right at the entrance of walking street arc. You don't need any transport to go there. Far from many things but a very beautiful resort

I have stayed here at the Siam Guest House a few times and always have had a great experience. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile to make sure i get what i need. I love this place.

Loved staying here. Like a mini luxury resort. Staff were very helpful- from luggage to bringing breakfast at 5:45am and arranging a ride back to ferry terminal for early departure. The semi-private pool was so nice to cool down in. Being right in front of the beach was great, although the beach was not as nice as I thought it would be from Google Photos. We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. The only thing missing are hooks to hang the towels, maybe also more shelves.
