"Great location and very vibey. But suffers from the usual lack of communication between staff as well as lack of visible genuine professional enthusiasm of staff who just seem to be going through the motions and who couldnāt care less about the guest experience. Breakfast is a joke and poorly executed with no quality checks. Nice menu but poor delivery. Also there is a chronic long edit for the lifts because the hotel had about 10 different side functions - speak easy, gym, offices, etc and three tiny lifts. I stayed when it was Voco and now Hyde. Still needs work on service delivery / especially at that price point. Managers need to set standards and oversight and not always just apologise when the guest experience is not optimal. You can and should do better."
