This hotel is just wow. The hospitality, the breakfast, the room, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. I don’t think we’ve ever been somewhere that was as attentive to detail then the palazzo. They made sure everything was going smoothly in our trip and checked in multiple times to make sure that we were safe and having fun. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know traveling to Jo’burg.

You will be in a quiet relaxed neighborhood. The free shuttle service which drops you off and picks you up within a 5km radius makes life so easy as this includes Sandton mall. 300m from the hotel is a small shopping mall with lovely restaurants.
