"Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. "

The security at this property is top notch. Every vehicle entering the gate is scanned and intent is verified. The reception at our arrival was so genuinely warm and professional. I had to go to south Africa for work for a week and the hotel was great. They had breakfast every morning with the large selection. The staff was very accommodating too, they arranged a driver for me for the week and helped me book tours for the very limited free time I had. it's conveniently located next to the casino so you have a lot of food options too.
