"Excellent resort. Food and drinks were brilliant. Swimming pools were well maintained and my kids loved the water slides. All staff from reception to cleaners were very helpful and any issues were dealt with promptly. Rooms were very clean. Overall very pleased and will definitely book again."

From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly, the facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were top-notch. The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. A very special thank you goes to Noel, she genuinely did her absolute best to make sure our stay was comfortable, seamless, and memorable. We left with great memories and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Antalya!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The pool was clean and well-maintained, creating a perfect place to unwind, and the bar had a great atmosphere with excellent drinks and service. Every part of the hotel felt well cared for and exceeded my expectations. The location was also convenient, and the overall experience was peaceful, enjoyable, and worth every penny. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable trip!"

"My stay was pleasant overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement. The main issue I encountered was with transport. Uber seemed either difficult to use or almost non-existent, even though drivers were available. When I finally managed to book one and was waiting outside, an older gentleman with glasses approached as I was getting into the car. He stopped me, then began arguing with the Uber driver in their local language (which I couldn’t understand). The Uber driver eventually drove off. The man then turned to me and said he’d do a taxi “very cheap.” I was quite annoyed — I had no idea who he was or why he was interfering. When I went back to the hotel to complain, it turned out he works for the hotel. In hindsight I should have done more research and planned my transport properly. My advice to other guests: be extra careful. Local transport options are available (something I only discovered on my last day), so it’s worth looking into those instead of relying solely on Uber."

"We had a wonderful trip with my family. Food was delicious! Everything was fresh, they served lots of traditional Turkish dishes in addition to international cuisine, lots of fresh fruit and juices and adult beverages all day long. Was really touched how professional and kind were their staff. Everyone was very helpful, they went above and beyond to make it fun for everyone. Kids had a great time riding the slides in the waterpark. Their private beach was always clean, they have lifeguards on duty all day long. Lots of fun activities throughout the day. The only unpleasant thing was that a lot of guests smoked close to other people, but it is not the resorts fault. I would really love to bring my family to this fantastic place again."

"A Big Thank You to the Receptionist We would like to say a very big thank you to the kind gentleman with white hair at the reception of PRIVADO Hotels in Antalya. When our son needed medical attention, he went out of his way to help us. He kindly wrote a note in Turkish for us so that we could find the nearest hospital. This was extremely helpful, especially during a stressful moment when we were worried about our son. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. Even though we don’t know his name, we hope the hotel knows exactly who we mean — the wonderful white-haired gentleman at reception. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. We truly appreciate it and will never forget it."

"Palmöra Hotel was really good amazing staff the all inclusive was fabulous but the only little thing is how clean it was in the room itself for the toilet and room overall it’s not bad and I recommend it’s a very fun place for kids and adults with many pools slides to play with and beautiful hotel with taking you to the beach for free."

"The cleaner we had was very good every day she would clean our room always with a smiling happy face and would always fold our clothes and put our shoes and slippers together in the right place and every thing else was amazing always this our second time time coming we came again because the last it was also amazing, We stayed in a similar garden swim up room which was very convenient because I could sit down at the room and see my kids playing in the pool it also had a bar restaurant in the garden area the bar had staff on roller skates delivering drinks and food the staff were very nice and I would certainly recommend it."
