The front desk staff were the most friendly, gracious and helpful of all staff we have encountered in nearly six weeks of European travel. The hotel is in a quiet area of the very pleasant city of Loulé within easy walking distance of the historic old narrow street part of the town. In addition to typical breakfast food, included was a delightful selection of fresh fruit and an excellent espresso or café machine.

The breakfast was wonderful… I have a fear of small elevators… The sweetest gal who worked in housekeeping actually accompanied me on the elevator to ensure me it was okay!
