"This hotel gives me so much pleasure that everytime I have an opportunity to get a room there when I am in Brussels at a reasonable rate I'll stay there. Mainly I enjoy the Grand Sablon area, but having nice, clean, pleasant hotel there with a comfortable room makes it a wonderful combination that brings me there over and over."
"Other than the location, which was great. And the cleanliness, which was fine. The hotel is just meh. There really was no difference between this place and a regular old hotel."
"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok.
However, the staff are very helping and courteous."
