This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding.
Front desk was pleasant, helpful and Terik was outstanding
Also, there were little muffins in a glass case in the lobby area and these little muffins were available through out the day which was very nice

What a fabulous room! It was huge, with completely separate rooms for the toilet and the shower, and fantastically high ceilings, 4 stories up. I felt like a princess in a tower. The lobby was an instant gem, with flowers that imparted a wonderful scent. The clerk was wonderfully helpful in multiple ways.
Great little hotel < 2 blocks from the train station and easy walking distance to the lake. Neighborhood is fine. Remodeled inside with small but very clean and well-designed rooms. Daily maid service. 24 hour attendance at the front desk with very professional personnel who were friendly & responsive to any of our needs. Breakfast included with nice breakfast area in the lobby. Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.
The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.
The hotel is a real find for anyone who neeeds a reasonably priced stay in Geneva. Excellent location, modern and very clean interiors, extremely friendly and helpful staff. In addition,it has sister hotels who complement any kind of service that may not be available on site. Great find. Will stay at Jade whenever in Geneva.
The room was good. The bed is soft. The couch is much firmer and so so to sleep on. I love that the number 10 bus is right there and can take you to the airport in minutes.
