No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.

This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at! We booked one of the suites with the infinity pool…it was AMAZING!!!! 10/10 recommend this place! I would go back right now!

Amazing location, amazing hotel, and most important amazing staff!

The rooftop decks were not usable due to the heat. The views were not very good. The service was outstanding

The Kriti hotel was a great and clean hotel!!! Great location!! From the front of the hotel - you can see the water. And it's half a mile from the Chania lighthouse. The breakfast was lovely. We were heading out early and the staff let us grab some breakfast while they setting up breakfast. Def recommend!!

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town. The rooms and facilities are modern, considering it was an old building. It had a rooftop garden that had a great view of the Venetian port, especially at night.

We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

The staff was more than welcoming and our room with the hot tub on the balcony really put this place over the top! The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and it was a perfect location for taking day trips in the rental car! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great hotel, clean, safe, close to Old Town, incredible staff. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, spoke great English. The breakfasts were excellent and full of variety each morning. The hotel is central to everything in the 'Old Town'. The only thing I would have liked to know before arriving there is that you cannot take your car into the 'Old Town' and parking it somewhat difficult to find.

This is a gem of a hotel close to the sights. A short walk from the port area, market and most area restaurants. A perfect spot if you are on foot. The KTEA bus station is less than 100 meters from the hotel if you want to do some day trips during your stay. The hotel staff are excellent, warm and welcoming. Room has all the amenities. Largest bathroom and best buffet breakfast we had during our two week stay in both Turkey and Crete. Balcony was large and offered a view of Chania.

The rooms, the building were picturesque. It was a dream. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge when helping me find a taxi to catch a ferry; he went above and beyond. For light sleepers, I’d recommend a room facing the courtyard instead of the water; the noise from the port is very loud at no fault of the hotel.
