"This is a great place to stay if you have a late flight into Bilbao. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and took our bags in bag check all day while we explored the city. There is also lots of parking if you have a car or rented a car. It's not in a location that is near anything though, so don't expect that and it would have been good to have a pool and a workout room. We could tell there wasn't a pool from the listing but I was just hoping for a workout room since it's a Holiday...

"The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location to access the downtown area for shopping, restaurants and beach. It was also very convenient for the train station where we arrived and bus stop we used to leave from. The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a/c, the juliet balcony and a fridge!"

"Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!"
