"The hotel lobby area was beautiful! The staff was super and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The lady working breakfast was especially nice. The room appears to have been somewhat updated. Only negative was the bed and bedding seemed like they needed to be replaced or updated. Would stay again! "

"The condo was great! Everything was spotless! There were a couple broken things, which i noted to the management company, but it in no way deterred from our visit or would keep us from booking again! We visited at the best time because Gatlinburg was absolutely empty. I'm so completely happy with our stay!"

"Booked on a whim for my birthday at the last minute. Loved everything about my stay. Friendly staff, warm and inviting, great indoor pool and hot tub. Room was big and clean. Quiet floor, cute gift shop, loved the firepits outside. The bar area was nice, we had drinks only but the food we saw come out looked good. About a 15 minute walk to the Island which we really enjoyed during this time of year. We will absolutely return."
