"This was a really nice little motel. The grounds were nicely kept, the rooms were very clean and really cute, beds were comfy, and I loved the fact that he had large bottle of shampoo, etc rather than those small ones that are terrible for the environment. The place had more of an Airbnb feel than a motel. The only challenge was upon checking out, my co-worker and I needed a receipt for the stay, and we could not reach the manager. We rang the doorbell several times, with no response, so we had to leave without the paperwork. Overall though, great stay."

"The room was so dusty. I had to clean the tables and microwave was dusty together with the headboard of the bed. We had kids with us and that was not nice that kids had to stay in dusty room. With my Lysol wipes I had to clean before we touched anything. The tables had stains on them and most of the drawers did not open if we want to leave something. Furnitures was so old and coming off. Not a good experience."

"Our room was clean and up to date, with comfortable beds. The owners care tremendously about their property, and keep everything clean and fresh. One small concern is that south facing rooms - facing the main highway and a big uphill climb for trucks - can be a bit noisy at times. Our earplugs solved the problem, and also, a request for a north facing room - toward the town - should offer a quieter place. We'll be sure to stay there again when we pass through in the future."

"The owner and the cleaning lady were very nice and accommodating! The rooms and washrooms look newly renovated, clean, and nice for the price. The only downside was the room lacked a kettle, a small coffee machine, and a hairdryer. We’ve stayed at other motels in Cache Creek that included these basics along with small shampoo packets, so we were a bit surprised they weren't provided here. Also, the bedsheets could use a little improvement, stains all over. These are small, easy fixes for a two-night stay. Overall, it's a clean property with good rooms for the price, made even better by the wonderful staff!"
