"We’ve stayed her before and never had any issues, and the service is always stellar. Our rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and patient when we needed more towels in the evening; the assistant general manager whom checked us in was very professional and kind; the concierge that checked us out at the end of the day was a peach! I always recommend this hotel in Holland because I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s so clean and the breakfast is also very generous. Before I forget, Sharkee’s is also a great restaurant and bar with top tier service. In all seriousness, I give this specific Hampton Inn higher than 5 stars. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness!"

"Room was dirty old and outdated. Went for breakfast and there was nothing left. Like they literally only make it once and once it’s gone they don’t refill anything. Mold on walls in the pool area. Definitely won’t be staying again. Reviews were misleading same with pictures of the rooms. "
