"The suite was fantastic with lots of room, super comfy beds and was spotless on arrival, the coffee was great (both in room and on second floor). The second floor wais awesome with Lora of space and tables to use for eating or visiting or even just sitting quietly with morning coffee. Jacques and Pedro at the front desk were extremely warm, kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will stay here again every time I visit Chicago! Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable! "
