"Overall I am giving 5 stars for friendliness and efficiency during check in and a great room. Very convenient to the YYZ airport. Shuttle bus is free. Only improvement I would make is to improve the bar area. I opted to go across the street for a better ambience as I prefer a more traditional bar environment to the lobby bar concept at this hotel. Small gripe that did not affect my overall impression of the property. "

"The shuttle was convenient, check-in was quick and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but very sufficient. Chuck's next door is great for cheap food and drink, too. Would highly recommended staying here."

I struggled with the identity verification through the check-in app, and the Manager was more than accommodating and ensured me there would be zero issues checking in to my room. Prime location - steps from Bathurst station, and so many great restaurants along Bloor St W. The room itself - very modern and up to date. Great TV with the various streaming apps, comfy bed, and overall no complaints. We will be back!"
