Santi Mandala is beautiful! Our room was nice, open, and clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was delicious. I didn't notice from the photos, but the bathrooms are sort of outside (they're enclosed and gorgeous, but I was not prepared for the heat while getting ready or the potential for bugs/geckos hanging around), so I figured I'd mention that so no one else is surprised. Ha. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again.

I've stayed in many hotels around the world and this is by far the nicest place i've ever stayed. It's quiet, serene, the staff is incredibly attentive and the food is incredible. Having your own private pool is incredible. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Stayed 3 days, very relaxing and close to the Bali Zoo

Nice sized room, a good value but a bit remote from stores or dining. You need transport like a motorbike. There really is no parking for a vehicle. The internet had a sufficient signal. Very quiet. No fridge and the mattress was hard.

I spent 8 nights in a villa with a private pool. This is a new hotel only 4 months since opening in June. The attention to detail in my villa was quite impressive. Top quality materials, hardware and decorations. If you've ever remodeled your home you will appreciate the attention to detail. Huge bathroom, huge bedroom and big private pool. The staff are incredible and made my stay perfect. Adi was great to work with and very helpful. I scheduled a tour with Eri and it was my favorite tour ever. I asked him so many questions and we had a wonderful conversation about Bali culture. He will work with you know on how to personalize the schedule. And more importantly, he is so funny. The rooms and facilities are beautiful. The restaurant is good. I did not want to leave!

Mandala Desa was our favorite stay during our entire 2-week trip to Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, and Gili Meno. Everything was perfect, including the hostess, staff and service, location, scenic overlook of the rice fields, room comfort and cleanliness, amenities, food service, etc. We felt like it was home away from home. I would highly recommend and would absolutely return for a longer stay.

The villa is so lovely, well maintained and clean. The staff in charge is very friendly and very helpful. Only downside is the location, a bit remote and no convenient shop nearby. Overall very good value!

Highly recommend this villa if you’re looking to stay in a non tourist area. It’s very safe and peaceful. Overall we have no complaints. Costumer service was excellent, food was amazing, and our view from our balcony was so breathtaking.
