"There was an issue with the amount charged. Refund took a few days. But the hotel personnel were very helpful. They said that it was due to wrong information from hotels.com. Whatever it is, it was a distressing situation. Else, it was a nice hotel. It is however located in a quiet alley. It could be quite scary if you are arriving late at night."
