"I booked a room for my parents to stay. A spill in the room was reported on day1 and no one came to clean it the next day as well. Breakfast was also not great and in general the staff were too laid back to pay attention to any request. My parents decided to vacate the room the next day formally, forgoing night stay for day2. Hotel owner called on day3 to my father to see if they vacated the room which is a bizarre question and offered no apologies. I would not recommend for people to stay here,...

"The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. What I especially appreciated was the fact they set up towel swans and a banner on the bed for our anniversary. We also received some cake in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was the little details that made it special."
