"Awfully unhygenic. Dirty bed sheets. Faeces still in the toilet bowl. A used ash tray smelling very bad. Dirt and filth everywhere. Damp floors and ceilings. Completely rundown. No AC (as advertised) Shower and taps broken. Now they won't respond to hotels.com to Initiate a refund. Absolute joke."

"Still under construction so there may be some minor disruptions here and there. But the staff’s hospitality and care more than makes up for it. The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable also. It’s the perfect area to be if you’re visiting Borobudur and north area and also only 25 mins to Malioboro. Will return to this hotel if I’m back to Jogja!"

"The hotel was pretty run down and felt a bit dirty. The sheets had holes and didn’t fit the bed. The bathroom had some mould. The hotel is located by a busy street and we had great difficulty to get a grab to pick us up there. Ended up checking out early and finding another hotel."
