"The front desk staff were extremely gracious & hospitable throughout our entire stay! They all spoke English very well. Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area… felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Our stay here was very comfortable! Parking was easy and inexpensive (500yen). The front desk had a map that clearly outlined the various small lots and which one they wanted us to use. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and had a nice mix of Japanese and western options. Its proximity to Hakodate airport was nice. The room was small but adequte. We’d definitely stay again!"

"The location is convenient. Near to one supermarket. You can walk to the morning market. We like the bus service. You can have timetable and the time control is brilliant. The onsen is not a big one but the common room space is a good idea. "
