"Ola Santiago was a terrific Choice for us when we were in Santiago for three days. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe as Americans the entire time. We felt it was very easy to get around. Ubers were about five dollars anywhere you wanted to go in Santiago. After staying in other hotels on our vacation, Ola Santiago proved to have a terrific breakfast. The room we chose was a bit small, but that was our pick. Make sure you pick a room that’s big enough for your family needs. Also of note is the bathroom. When occupied, the lights on the bathroom light up the entire bedroom area. This makes it very inconvenient when somebody is sleeping and somebody else needs to get prepared in the morning. The wall between the two is made of glass. The staff was incredibly helpful via email preparing transfers to and from the airport. I would absolutely recommend staying at Ola Santiago and would stay here if I ever return to Santiago."

"Hemos tenido el placer de pasar dos noches en pareja en este establecimiento. La experiencia ha sido excepcionalmente satisfactoria: el personal se mostró sumamente amable y servicial, las instalaciones estaban impecables, el ambiente era super tranquilo, el desayuno era muy completo y la ubicación resultaba estratégica y segura. Sinceramente, lo único que lamento es no haber podido prolongar nuestra estancia; nos costó mucho marcharnos. Si visita Santiago de Chile y busca un lugar idílico para su descanso, le recomendamos encarecidamente esta opción."

"It´s a great economy hotel, no frills and basic but nice, clean and updated. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping and the metro. Could improve: allow pre-check ins for groups and more timely replies to emails, add a hand towel, add outlet on both sides of queen bed, mattress topper could use a refresh. Breakfast was fantastic with a good selection and staff were great and incredibly helpful. A great stay and fantastic value for the price."

"The front desk was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to go to. When I was trying to put a Sim card into my phone and the instructions were all in Spanish, Felipe helped me through that!"
