"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE) Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber. "Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Please add bread besides the bagels and muffins. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Adjoining rooms. Sofa bed was a bit thin. Cleaning was done everyday and done well. Key card worked without a hitch. "
