Lovely hotel with historic charm! We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony facing the sea & I kept telling my husband the entire trip that we have arguably the best view on the island from our room! You are close to all of the action near the port & square, but also far enough removed that it feels like a more relaxing part of the city center. I would definitely stay here again!
What can I say? I usually don't do these kinds of reviews, but once in a while I make an exception. I loved this hotel, everything from the location, room, breakfast, hospitality of owner Giorgos was memorable and perfect. Only regret is that I could only stay one night.

We had a wonderful stay at Castro Syros. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the port and the center of Ermoupoli, making it easy to explore the town, shops, and restaurants. The staff was outstanding - welcoming, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere and excellent rest. We would gladly stay here again.
