"The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were large and furnished. The breakfast room Is very nice and breakfast was good (pain au chocolat in particular!) The hotel is very convenient if you have to go in Brussels Expo. You can easily arrive with a 10 Min walk. Transports to anywhere else in the city though are not very near."

"Close to Atomium and Parks"

"The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

"The location was very close to the center of the city. Lovely rooms. Great way to begin our trip. The staff was beyond helpful and always polite with a degree of sincerity not often found. They even helped tighten the wheels on my husband’s luggage. The hotel is lovely and well-appointed. We would highly recommend this property. As a matter of fact, we changed our hotel to the Fleur de Ville on the return part of our trip!"

"This hotel is in a great location, near the Grand Palace and Brussels Nord station, making it perfect for short trips. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Staff provides excellent customer service. "

"Just amazing. Truly design hotel. Perfect location, just 10min walk from the historic centre and 5min from botanic garden, yet on very spacious and sunny area. Staff does utmost to help, breakfast very good, the rooftop covered swimming pool is just incredible - water pleasantly warm, views from terrace on 30th floor breathtaking, the interior design of pool area stunning. The rates you pay are similar or less to your average Hilton but this hotel is way way better"

"We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip."

"Room was spacious, staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had heaps of options. The only downfall is that the hotel is located close to Gare du Nord station which is a red light area where thieves operate. Highly recommend to take a taxi. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent "
