"The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was disgusting, and there was no help from the staff. They did not care what so ever. They refused CLEAN towels and bedsheets. Do not ever go here. The shower was also filthy, we could not shower. We ended up having to move hotels. If you stayed here, you would end up sick. The walls were also paper thin so we could hear even whispers from other rooms. "

The area around the hotel is close to the Kudamm attractions and stores but still very quiet. Great hotel, I will definitely stay again."
