"he location of this hotel is outstanding. It offers beautiful views of the river and is only a very short walk to Parliament and many nearby attractions. You can even see the War Museum from the area. For such a prime location, the price was surprisingly reasonable."

"Top floor room as requested displayed a catching bird’s eye view of East side of Ottawa. Strategically located within short walks to Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Sparks Street and CF Rideau. Cool that the hotel offered basement parking though paid as it sheltered us from the cold windy winter days when in Ottawa. Breakfast was simple but better than other hotels. Would definitely consider staying there again during next visit."

"This is rooming house accommodation. While the property was clean, I misunderstood the listing. I thought it was a kitchenette suite. Bathrooms are shared; kitchen is shared. Sleeping rooms are very small. It was quiet, the other guests were very respectful, and the manager was responsive and thoughtful. The name is a bit misleading, as there is not much heritage left in the old house. The location is convenient to the O-train at uOttawa, and buses; it is in a nice old neighbourhood full of...
